Niching Down

Everyone in my niche posts the exact same stuff — if my content could be published by a competitor and nobody would notice, how do I stand out and niche down?

You stand out by narrowing who you're for and taking a position competitors won't. If your content could carry a competitor's name and nobody would notice, the problem isn't quality — it's that you're saying the safe, consensus thing everyone else says. Niche down and pick a side.

How do I build authority in a space where louder competitors already own the conversation and I'm invisible?

You don't out-shout established players — you out-specific them. Pick a narrow slice of the conversation they're too broad to serve, take positions they won't, and borrow their audience by contributing in the places they already dominate. Authority is won in a narrow lane first, then widened.
