Distribution

As a founder, how did you solve distribution? 'Build something people want and distribution follows' — but it doesn't.

Distribution doesn't follow a good product automatically — that advice is survivorship bias. You solve it by treating distribution as a discipline you build in parallel with the product: pick one channel, show up consistently, and use founder-led content as the cheapest distribution you have.

Should I be building on other platforms too — X, YouTube, a newsletter — or is LinkedIn enough for a founder?

For most B2B founders, LinkedIn alone is enough to start — and trying to be everywhere at once is the more common mistake. Master one platform until it's consistent and working, then expand. The one thing worth adding early is a newsletter, because it's an audience you own rather than rent.
